Terms & Conditions

Your deposit is refunded on return of the pool if it is on time, in good condition with all accessories included. The refund will be credited to your account approx 1 week from the date of return as it will be blown and checked upon return.

• Hire Pools must be used with a disposable liner.  All prices include a liner.

• Advance Bookings are essential.

• Our hire agreement is for a six week rental period.  You can have your pool up to three weeks prior to your expected due date. Extra weeks $15.00 per week.

• There is no refund if you don’t end up using the pool.  

• Booking cancellations incur a $20 administration fee which is deducted from the $50  deposit.

• DO test inflate your pool upon receipt to ensure there are no manufacturing defects.

• If the pool is returned damaged you will be charged to replace the pool 

• Please do not use an air compressor or over inflate the pool as this will damage it. All pools damaged due to over inflation will incur a $135 penalty to replace the pool.

• Please note a cleaning cost of $20 will be deducted from the refund if the pool has not been cleaned prior to return.
